Ivan has strong background in industrial manufacturing, his responsibilities in ADJ Consulting include: organizational modeling, process and corporate management structure optimization. Specializes in organizational strategy development. Expert in project and strategic management with specialization in balanced scorecard systems.

Participated and managed more then 10 projects in Russia and former CIS including project teams of more then twenty consultants and with a budget exceeding one million USD for significant heavy industry and service companies.

Ivan is working on his Ph.D. thesis in economics.
