Has an experience in quality management since 1999. Joined ADJ Consulting team in 2003 and holds position of an executive director. Controls performance of ADJ projects and develops internal project management technology.

Participated in or managed more than 10 projects. Has an experience of project management with the teams of more then 20 consultants and several subcontractors with a budget exceeding a million USD and project life-span over one year.

Has experience and skills in implementation and improvement of management systems on the basis of international models ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, AS9100, TL 9000, SW CMM, PM BOK.

Expert auditor in quality management (certificate ISO 9000:2000 Series Auditor / Lead Auditor - SGS, 2005).
