Joined ADJ Consulting team in 2000. Works in the field of quality management since 2004.

Participated or managed more then 10 consulting projects, including:

• Management systems implementation and improvement;
• Marketing consulting and research projects.

Expert auditor of quality management systems (certificate ISO 9000:2000 Series Auditor/Lead Auditor – BVQI, 2006).

Lecturer in the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) and Moscow University of Industry and Finance.

Works on the Ph.D. thesis in economics.
